RULES
STRICTLY NO CARS ALLOWED IN HORSE BOX PARKING AREA
- Hard Hats to BS4472, BS6473 or complying to European standards. To be worn at all times when mounted, with chinstrap fastened (£5 penalty for infringement).
- The Judges decision is final.
- Neither Mr. N. Dixon, Miss. S. Dixon nor the Raskelf Recreation and Leisure Committee can accept responsibility for any loss, damage, accident or injury incurred as a result of this event, on the showfield, in the car park or on the approaches.
- Any objections to be made in writing and handed to the secretary within half an hour of close of class with a deposit of £10 which will be refunded if the objection is upheld by the show committee.
- Trophies are to be held for one year and must be returned to the Show Secretary one month before the next show, unless otherwise agreed.
- The organizers reserve the right to amend the schedule or cancel, amalgamate or divide any classes, which in their view warrants this.
- No Whips or spurs allowed in the Gymkhana games.
- Show jumping classes are to be run under British Show Jumping Association (BSJA) Rules and as such riders are required to wear a jacket and correct footwear when mounted in the ring.(Not chaps)
- No spoil or litter to be left in the showground. CLEANING OUT OF HORSEBOXES OR TRAILERS IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
- Where there are not more than 3 entries in a class, 3rd prize money may be withheld.
The Show Committee will take necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety or persons on the showground. It is a condition of entry to the showground that all persons will act on any instruction given to them by the Show Committee: in so far that it can affect the health and safety of all.
ALL RIDERS MUST HAVE ADEQUATE INSURANCE IN PLACE TO COMPETE IN ANY CLASS.
