We have recently received a number of queries in regards to the low cold water pressure in the block. The reason you are experiencing these issues is because we cannot change the rest of Eastlake House over to a boosted system as one of the properties in your block has still got an open vented cylinder in use.

All the flats in you block share the same cold water down service. If we boost the pipe work for the flats it will feed into the cylinder. If this happens it will push water up the open vent pipe at a high pressure which will cause a flood.

Please note that we are currently working on this property, and we should hopefully get this resolved as soon as possible.
