1.CouncilRegulation(EU) 36/2012(“theRegulation”)imposingfinancialsanctionsagainst Syriahas beenamendedso thatan assetfreeze no longerappliestotheindividuals listedintheAnnextothisNotice.
2.Identifyinginformationfor theindividualslistedintheAnnex tothisNoticehas also beenamended.

6. Where a relevantinstitutionhas alreadyreported detailsof accounts,otherfundsor economicresourcesheld frozenfordesignatedpersons, theyarenot requiredtoreportthesedetailsagain.
7. Failure tocomply with financial sanctions legislation or toseek to circumventits provisionsisacriminal offence.
