CHECKLIST

The following documentation is required:

 a completed application form;

 resume of the applicant director (include film school or industry training and a full list of previous production credits – indicate any that are student films).

 resume of the producer(s) with a full list of previous production credits;

 resume of the writer (if not the applicant or producer);

 two letters of reference for the director/applicant from established industry professionals;

 two letters of reference for each producer from established industry professionals;

 a script, in standard format, not longer than 10 pages;

 detailed director’s vision notes;

 links (i.e. Vimeo, YouTube) to not more than two previous directorial works by the applicant director;

 links (i.e. Vimeo, YouTube) to not more than two previous works by the producer;

 a proposed production budget, including deferrals, using EP Movie Magic, or a comparable template with detailed line items; and

 a proposed financing plan for the project should your proposed production budget exceed $100,000.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

Complete applications must be received by Tuesday, September 6, 2016 by 4:30 pm. Late applications will not be considered.
