LAST DAY TO REGISTER FOR ASE - AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT (ASE)registration for the Winter session is ON-LINE NOW!!! For those of you who have taken an ASE class, you know how terrific the program is. For those new to MPE, please try one of the many ASE classes we are offering this Winter. There are some of your old time favorites as well as some new and interesting classes. Be sure to talk to your children about what they would be excited to learn about after school. If you would like to volunteer this winter session, please contact the ASE committee. Without your help this program would not be a success.

Classes begin Monday, January 13, 2014 thru Wednesday March 26, 2014.
Sports classes begin on Monday, February 10, 2014 at a prorated fee.
Registration is ON-LINE NOW. All registrations must be completed by TONIGHT AT 9:00!! At that time all classes will be closed and no late registrations will be accepted.
DON'T MISS OUT!!!! Last chance to sign up for Hobby Hour which will run every Friday in January starting January 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st from 2:55pm to 3:55pm. The price is $70. School store is TOMORROW, December 19th! There is great merchandise on sale, all proceeds go directly to the PTA and the children love getting to shop themselves! Please remember to send in money TOMORROW! Thanks!
BOXTOPS - Our next contest is in full swing so please keep sending in your BoxTops labeled with your child’s teacher’s name. The contest will run through Friday December 20th with a reward to the class that submits the most BoxTops! Good luck to all our MPE classes!

DONATIONS NEEDED - We are still in need of donations for The Bash on April 24th. We are looking for tickets to Sporting Events, Shows, Vacations or anything else that you and your family would like to donate to help make the event a great success. If you are interested in joining the committee or have any questions please contact Kara Baltuch or Rebecca Diamond.
If you are thinking of a special someone this time of year, and want to send them a thank you why not purchase a PT Council Scholarship Tribute Card. They are only $5 a piece and all the proceeds go to the Livingston Education Scholarship fund. Give someone the gift of education, there is nothing better. It's the gift that gives twice! You should have received an email from the MPE PTA and Mobile Arq with your password to access our new online buzz book. If you signed up and have not received this email, or have any questions please contact Andrea Mintz or Ilona Izversky as soon as possible. If there are any corrections to be made with your personal information feel free to edit your own information.

Please sign up, join our PTA, and be an “Angel” for MPE! All "Angel" donations are fully tax deductible. Don’t be left out, sign up now! Dues include PTA membership, Mobile Directory, and 1 hard copy of directory. Please consider donating to our Angel fund to support all PTA programming. For those who have already signed up you will be receiving your access link shortly.

A big thank you to teacher appreciation chairs Jodi Eisner and Robyn Laveman and their entire committee for putting together a beautiful holiday luncheon for our teachers and staff this Monday. It was a very special event for all of them.
Thanks to all the MPE and MPE Cares chairs Gwen Samuels, Michele Hartman, Stacey Rubinstein and Keri Gorsky for a very successful coat drive. As we've seen the past few days with the frigid temperatures, how important a warm coat can be.
