New Fall Menu Rollout at Pinnacle Restaurant

The Pinnacle Restaurant has always been known for great Mediterranean/American food, spectacular Wine Country views, and great service. On October 27ththey will be rolling out additional menu items to better suit the cooler months that are approaching. These items largely fit into a “Mediterranean diet” along with being part of their dining philosophy of encouraging diners to have their “big meal of the day” at lunchtime. Having been voted “Best Restaurant”from 2007-2017 by Inland Empire Magazine, the Pinnacle Restaurant at Falkner Winery continues to impress and improve. Executive Chef Jason Barradasand his staff are introducing numerous delicious and healthy new items to the menu.

The new menu includes many new small plates, large plates, sandwiches, and desserts. Staying with their Mediterranean/American food theme, Chef Jason is introducing new small plates: Beet Noodle Salad consisting of spiraled roasted beets with arugula, toasted sliced almonds, crumbled goat cheese and a lemon vinaigrette & balsamic reduction; and Seared Ahi & Cucumber with blackened ahi topped with cucumber salad, soy onion vinaigrette, wasabi aioli, sesame seeds and pickled ginger. A sure hit large plate is theSpicy Catalan Shrimp Pasta with jumbo shrimp, fresh garlic, shallots, cherry tomatoes, chopped asparagus, and basil on linguini tossed in a spicy Catalan sauce with Parmesan cheese. Chef Jasonalso added a vegetarian Pasta Primavera with sautéed zucchini, cherry tomatoes, artichoke hearts, shallots, garlic, sundried tomatoes, yellow squash, and a bit of capers in a creamy blush sauce on capellini pasta. He also added a new Turkey BLT sandwich that also has bacon, tomato, avocado, lettuce and tomato with a pesto aioli on a toasted herbed focaccia bread; and a new Wine Country Burger of Black Angus beef with brie cheese, wild arugula, and tomato with sherry wine/cayenne pepper aioli. Finish your meal with the Chef’s newest house made dessert:Strawberry Belgium Waffleusing a crisp, sweet, warm Belgium waffle with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, caramel and raspberry sauce all topped with fresh strawberries. To accompany all your dishes the Pinnacle has a specific Falkner Winerywine recommendation for each item. Diners at the Pinnacle can relax in in-door air conditioned comfort or on our outside hill-top balcony while enjoying the spectacular views of Temecula Wine Country from this stunning restaurant.
