Awarded to a Canadian-based company for a printing or packagingproject manufactured within environmentally progressive processes. The printing or packaging project must have been produced fromSeptember 1, 2016, to September 1, 2017.
1. Please refer to the Awards Entry page at CanadianPrintingAwards.com for making final submissions and payment, which includes filling out an online Company Information form and payment.
2. Eligible companies/facilities must be located in Canada.
3. Complete the Environmental Production section of this form, which must not exceed two pages.
4. TWO complete copies of the project must be provided for judging (please contact for single-copy submission exceptions).
5. Mail this form with the print or packaging projects to the following address.
