10:00am ~ Call the meeting to Order:

A.  Review and approve the November 21, 2013 meeting minutes:

Completed

B.  Review any ‘Lessons Learned’, any information to share with committee members that could help others improve safety and/or communication within our group and/or the community.

No items reviewed.

C.  Review LEPC Conference and Emergency Response Plan Template and determine a path to complete.

Note - Still in preparation by Dan and PGE, Bill has a copy of the County Plan and has forwarded it to Terry Wolfe to see if it can be adopted as the LEPC plan. It was found that this plan is not complete and cannot be used for the LEPC plan. There was extensive discussion on what it will take to complete the plan. We will contact the Umatilla LEPC to see if they or the Hermiston Fire Department have a ‘Hazardous Material Annex’ that can be used/incorporated into the plan. Will also check with Linn and Benton County LEPC to see if we can get information on their plan to help us. Per Terry, this may be a project for a person at one of the Fire Departments.

D.  Regional HazMat Team Review from Last Meeting

Good feedback on the presentation, will try to do this every year or two.
