The Annual Baptist Women’s Conference will be held again this year at Juniper Springs Baptist Church in Broadway on Saturday, September 9th. For a second consecutive year, Phyllis Elvington will be the headline speaker (Phyllis Elvington Ministries and member of Tabor City Baptist Church). Registration of $15 is due to Linda Wilson prior to August 1st and includes a meal. Reserve your seat without delay as Phyllis is an energetic, popular Christian speaker with a ministry extending from Green Sea/Tabor City to Kenya. A sign-up sheet is in the atrium.
We are going to bless Taylor and Kevin Crumley with an old fashioned “pounding” on Sunday, August 6th from 2:30 to 4:30 in the Fellowship Hall sponsored by the Hands and Feet Mission Group. Let’s honor Taylor and Kevin by helping to stock their pantry with non-perishable foods or cleaning supplies.
