I Corinthians 15:1-28

1Now I make known to you, brothers, the gospel which I announced to you, which also you received, in which also you stand,
2Through which also you are being saved, if you hold fast the word which I announced to you as the gospel, unless you have believed in vain.
3For I delivered to you, first of all, that which also I received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures;
4And that He was buried, and that He has been raised on the third day according to the Scriptures;
5And that He appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve;
6Then He appeared to over five hundred brothers at one time, of whom the majority remain until now, but some have fallen asleep;
7Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles;
8And last of all He appeared to me also, as it were to one born prematurely.
9For I am the least of the apostles, who am not fit to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
10But by the grace of God I am what I am; and His grace unto me did not turn out to be in vain, but, on the contrary, I labored more abundantly than all of them, yet not I but the grace of God which is with me.
11Therefore whether it is I or they, so we preach and so you have believed.
12But if Christ is proclaimed that He has been raised from the dead, how isitthat some among you say that there is no resurrection of the dead?
13But if there is no resurrection of the dead, neither has Christ been raised.
14And if Christ has not been raised, then our proclamation is vain; your faith is vain also.
15And also we are found to be false witnesses of God because we have testified concerning God that He raised Christ, whom He did not raise, if indeed the dead are not raised.
16For if the dead are not raised, neither has Christ been raised.
17And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins.
18Then also those who have fallen asleep in Christ have perished.
19If itis only that we have hoped in Christ in this life, we are of all men most miserable.
20But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep.
21For since through man came death, through man also came the resurrection of the dead.
22For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
23But each one in his own order: the firstfruits, Christ; then those who are Christ's at His coming;
24Then the end, when He delivers up the kingdom to His God and Father, once He has abolished all rule and all authority and power.
25For He must reign until God puts all His enemies under His feet.
26Death, the last enemy, is being abolished.
27For He has subjected all things under His feet. But when He says that all things are subjected, it is evident that allthingsare except Him who has subjected all things to Him.
28And when all things have been subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to Him who has subjected all things to Him, that God may be all in all.

Monday 1/16 1 Cor. 15:1-4

Phil. 1:27

27Only, conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, that whether coming and seeing you or being absent, I may hear of the things concerning you, that you stand firm in one spirit, with one soul striving together alongwith the faith of the gospel,

Rom. 5:2, 10

2Through whom also we have obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand and boast because of the hope of the glory of God.

10For if we, being enemies, were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more we will be saved in His life, having been reconciled,

2 Cor. 5:14-15

14For the love of Christ constrains us because we have judged this, that One died for all, therefore all died;
15And He died for all that those who live may no longer live to themselves but to Him who died for them and has been raised.

Tuesday 1/17 1 Cor. 15:5-11 (8-10)

Acts 9:3-8 (4-6)

3And as he went, he drew near to Damascus, and suddenly a light from heaven flashed around him.
4And he fell on the ground and heard a voice saying to him, Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?
5And he said, Who are You, Lord? And He said,I am Jesus, whom you persecute.
6But rise up and enter into the city, and it will be told to you what you must do.
7And the men who journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing the voice but seeing no one.
8And Saul rose from the ground; and though his eyes were open, he could see nothing. And they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus.

Eph. 3:8

8To me, less than the least of all saints, was this grace given to announce to the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ as the gospel

Gal. 2:20-21

20I am crucified with Christ; and itisno longer I wholive, but itisChrist wholives in me; and the lifewhich I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faithof the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.
21I do not nullify the grace of God; for if righteousness is through law, then Christ has died for nothing.

Rom. 5:15, 20

15But itisnot thatas the offense was, so also the gracious gift is; for if by the offense of the one the many died, much more the grace of God and the free gift in grace of the one man Jesus Christ have abounded to the many.

20And the law entered in alongside that the offense might abound; but where sin abounded, grace has super-abounded,

Wednesday 1/18 1 Cor. 15:12-17 (14, 17)

Matt. 22:32

32"I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob''? He is not the God of the dead, but of the living.

Rev. 1:18

18And the living One; and I became dead, and behold, I am living forever and ever; and I have the keys of death and of Hades.

Heb. 7:25

25Hence also He is able to save to the uttermost those who come forward to God through Him, since He lives always to intercede for them.

Rom. 8:2, 4, 6

2For the law of the Spirit of life has freed me in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and of death.

4That the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the spirit.

6For the mind set on the flesh is death, but the mind set on the spirit is life and peace.

Thursday 1/19 1 Cor. 15:18-24 (21-24)

Ezek. 1:26

26And above the expanse that was over their heads was the likeness of a throne, like the appearance of a sapphire stone; and upon the likeness of the throne was One in appearance like a man, above it.

Gen. 1:26

26And God said, Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of heaven and over the cattle and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.

Acts 7:56

56And he said, Behold, I see the heavens opened up and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.

Rom. 5:17-18, 21

17For if by the offense of the one death reigned through the one, much more those who receive the abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.
18So then as itwasthrough one offense unto condemnation to all men, so also itwasthrough one righteous act unto justification of life to all men.

21In order that just as sin reigned in death, so also grace might reign through righteousness unto eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Lord’s Day 1/22 Heb. 2:1-12

Heb. 2:1-12

1Therefore we ought to give heed more abundantly to the things which have been heard lest perhaps we drift away.
2For if the word spoken through angels proved firm and every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense,
3How shall we escape if we have neglected so great a salvation, which, having had its beginning in being spoken by the Lord, has been confirmed to us by those who heard,
4God bearing witness with themboth by signs and wonders and by various works of power and by distributions of the Holy Spirit according to His will?
5For itwasnot to angels thatHe subjected the coming inhabited earth, concerning which we speak.
6But one has solemnly testified somewhere, saying, "What is man, that You bring him to mind? Or the son of man, that You care for him?
7You have made Him a little inferior to the angels; You have crowned Him with glory and honor and have set Him over the works of Your hands;
8You have subjected all things under His feet.'' For in subjecting all things to Him, He left nothing unsubject to Him. But now we do not yet see all things subjected to Him,
9But we see Jesus, who was made a little inferior to the angels because of the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honor, so that by the grace of God He might taste death on behalf of everything.
10For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and through whom are all things, in leading many sons into glory, to make the Author of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
11For both He who sanctifies and those who are being sanctified are all of One, for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brothers,
12Saying, "I will declare Your name to My brothers; in the midst of the church I will sing hymns of praise to You.''
