Mori West is the president of ACUCLAIMS/CHIROCLAIMS a company that provides insurance billing services to Acupuncturists and Chiropractors. Started in 2007 with two local providers, today the company handles the billing for over 175 officesnationwide.

Mori holds/has held the following positions:

•Advisory Board Member and Founding President of the Southern California Chapter of theAmerican Medical Billing Association.

•Former Insurance Committee Chairman and 2010-2012 Member of the Board of Directors of the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

•2014 Board Member and Public Policy Committee Member of the California State Oriental Medical Association

• 2016-2017 Board Member of the California Acupuncture Association

• Advisory Board Member of Optum Health California Professional Associations Ancillary Council- (2012-2014)

On October14th of 2010 she was awarded the title “Member of the Year” for 2010 by the American Medical Billing Association.

Mori West is a popular guest lecturer at Acupuncture Colleges and various Acupuncture State Associations where she lectures on medical billing and insurance issues. Her company is certified by both the State of California Acupuncture Board and the NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine)to provide continuing education seminars for acupuncturists nationwide. In California her company is certificated by the State of California Chiropractic Board to provide continuing education to chiropractors in California.
