As the economies of Asia/ASEAN are rising, the rest of the world can rise too. National, Regional & International cross -border policies and practices have an array of current examples and innovative possibilities to engender a “win all” situation for all. (examples are the ASEAN industrial complementation concept and the ASEAN local content incentive that enables non-Asean countries to continue producing a product, , say, 65% in their countries with the balance of 35% in an ASEAN country to be able to then export to all the other ASEAN countries duty free).
A briefing on doing business in ASEAN for co-prosperityshall be presented and discussed.

Does Trade and Investment, per se, within a country or across borders, contribute to economic well-being that leads to peace and regional stability? Or, can certain types or manner of trade & investment have the opposite effect of cultivating fodder for instability, conflict and adversity?
Are free trade and globalization as one of the laissez-faire tools for global development and harmony,in need of fixing, as can be gleaned from Brexit and from events unfolding in America and worldwide?
Are more adjustments to the current world order or new paradigm shifts necessary?
