4. **Public Hearing - Application 2011EC03, applicant Wayne Sheffield for Monticello Lube and Tire, requests a Certificate of Appropriateness to allow an additional bay identical to the existing bays at 8597 GA Hwy 16 West in the Entrance Corridor overlay district.

6. **Annual Appointments - We have enclosed a Resolution appointing the Judges, City Attorney, Police Chief, City Manager, City Clerk, and City Engineer for 2012.

10. Annual Audit for FY2011 – Mr. Brandon Montgomery, CPA with Herring CPA Group, P.C. will present the annual audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011. It was submitted to the state as required on December 30, 2011.
11. Consent Agenda
a. **Approval of the Minutes from the regular meeting of December 13, 2011.
b. ** Payables - $285,792.88
c. **Authorization of signatures for city bank accounts.
d. **GMA Retirement Program – Very much like the health insurance amendments we adopted last month, GMA has asked that we adopt the enclosed amendments to our defined benefit retirement plan.
12. **CDBG Update – We will receive bids later this month for the conventional portion of this sewer repair project. The low bid will be presented for Council approval in February. We would like Council’s consent to proceed with an extensive planning program to prepare for our next application in 2013.
