MONTESSORI SUMMER CAMP APPLICATION - 2017
Welcome to Summer Camp 2017! This year we are offering a 10 - week summer program starting Monday, June 12 and ending Friday, August 18. You may sign up for all 10 weeks (Session 1 and 2), for just Session 1 (5weeks), starting Monday, June 12 and ending Friday, July 14, or for just Session 2 (5 weeks), starting Monday, July 17 and ending Friday, August 18. You also have a choice between Half Day, Extended Day and Full Day. It may be possible for us to have some children stay for Half Day plus lunch (9 am – 1 pm), the fee for this is $120 for each session. If you are interested in this option, please make a note on the bottom of the application and we will let you know if we can meet your request as soon as possible. The only holiday will be on Tuesday, July 4.
All summer camp applicants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Due to the stability and continuity of our program and planned staffing patterns, partial sessions or weeks will not be available. As is our policy for the regular school year, there will be no allowances made due to illness or vacations. There will be a $125 discount for siblings when children are enrolled for the full ten weeks, or $50 discount for session 1 or 2.
To enroll your child and secure a space in our summer camp program, please fill in the application below and return it along with a $250 deposit as soon as possible. Camp registrations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. The deposit fee is non-refundable but may be deductedfrom your last summer payment. Total tuition is payable in one full payment, due Friday, May 19, or in two installments due Friday, May 19 and Friday, June 23.
