7. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

To preserve the integrity of La Grande Forêt, we have designed a comprehensive set of Development Guidelines, which are governed by a “Home Owner’s Association.” The Association will produce an annual budget that will include such expenses as common area insurance, property maintenance, landscaping, snow plowing, common area utilities, capital improvements, and concierge type services. Each lot owner will be responsible for a pro-rata portion of the overall budget amount. During the first two years of operation, the Developer of La Grande Forêt will pay all operating expenses of the Association.

8. FIVE-STAR SERVICES

A. Concierge Services

We will offer our residents numerous concierge services as part of Homeowners Associations functions. As an owner at La Grande Forêt you, your guest or renters will be entitled to enjoy:

v  Residents at La Grande Forêt can make a quick call and receive numerous services, as part of your Homeowners Association fees, including:
