These cards give students discounts on many common local stores including clothing, food, music, sports, etc. Order your SPC Card early and you will get a BONUS $10 savings card for ‘Bluenotes’ store. Shopping the easy way;delivered just in time for Christmas! This campaign will take place from September 28 – October 16th, 2009. Please return your completed order forms by October 16th. End Oct. – Nov. 11th / Coquitlam Optimist Walk for Youth
On the afternoon of November 11th, walkers walk a 5km route through MundyPark (rain or shine) together showcasing MontgomeryMiddle School. Participants collect pledges from family/friends and 75% of the money collected comes directly back to Montgomery. We even have a chance to double our pledges! / Funds will entirely go to Healthy Active Living Choices Committee to put back into school goal

We are making movie passes available to families and staff as a service to our community. Get your passes for $8.50 each and use for general admission to movies at Cineplex Odeon and Famous Players Theatres. Passes are generally good for 2 years from purchase. / Will provide movie passes to use for the U-ROCK program
Feb. – Mar. / Montgomery Annual Raffle
This popular spring fundraiser gets the whole school going! Tickets are $2 each and are sold in books of 10. Prizes this year are to be determined. Sept. 1st – May 31st / Thrifty Smile Cards
RE-load and use your Thrifty Smile Card from previous years or get a new card from the PAC. Take the Smile card with you to Thrifty Foods when you go shopping, ask the cashier to load any amount you wish onto the card BEFORE ringing your groceries through at the till. Pay for the card load with cash, debit or credit card (yes, you can load it and get your points too) and Thrifty Foods donates 5% of the value loaded to our school. / Purchase of LCD projectors for classroom use
All year long / Campbell’s Label for Education
Collect labels or UPC’s from Campbell’s Soup and other products (see product list attached) and submit them to the box by the office. Campbell’s gives points for labels collected which we can redeem for a variety of items. / Music program, UROCK program
All year long / Magazine Subscriptions (QSP)
Order new subscriptions or renew magazines on-line at and use Group #3037 – make sure you do all of your magazine renewals through this program. / Teachers Wish list, library.
All year long / Daisy Dollars (Island Farms)
Collect and submit UPC codes from any Island Farms Diary products (ice cream, milk, yogurt, sour cream, butter, etc) and Island Farms will donate 3 cents for every UPC code collected. / Teacher Wish list and school wide activities, classroom supplies, U-ROCK lunches, clubs funding
