MOMMY and ME at MOTE – Spring 2016

Important Information: Our class is limited to 15 children (ages 2-5). Pre-registration is required. Meet us at the Aquarium entrance at 9:50 a.m. for our morning class to begin promptly at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, select Wednesdays, and Thursday mornings. For Exploring the Bay classes, closed-toed, closed-heel water shoes are required for both kids and participating adults. Come ready to get wet! Our Mommy and Me Masters program is offered on Thursday afternoons. We will meet at the front entrance at 1:20 p.m. for class to begin at 1:30 p.m. Please mail, fax, or e-mail your completed registration form, along with payment. Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds for Mote Education programs unless Mote cancels the program. If you provide notice of cancellation more than 24 hours before the program begins, we will credit your payment to a future Mommy & Me program. If you cancel within 24 hours of the program or fail to show up without giving notice, you will be charged in full for the program.
