1-Took the permission of the social and environmental affairs committee to build a specialized neurosurgical unit, 2000, and the permission of the college council, 6/2000.

2-Upgrading the neurotrauma unit, adding more beds, and a neurotrauma intensive care unit, 2004.

3-Increasing the number of out-patient neurosurgical clinics from twice weekly to six times per week.
