Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the full program of the projects including pretender, post tender, execution, testing, commissioning and handing over.
  • Planning, organizing, scheduling the activities using primavera and monitoring the progress on site and updating the baseline program accordingly on weekly and monthly basis.

  • Preparation of bar charts, progress reports, delays reports, weekly packages, S-curve and manpower histogram.
  • Reviewing and suggesting the suitable solutions for Cash flow, S- Curve, Man power resource histograms, and resource management.
  • Reviewing and recommending the Baseline program of works submitted by the Sub-Contractors for projects.
  • Analyzing delays for subcontractors programme and extension of time claims.
  • Timely alarming PM regarding the delays occurring at site from our side and from subcontractor side and its effects on our completion date of the projects.
  • Assisting the project manager and higher management with contractual obligations in accordance with conditions of contract.
  • Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to client/ consultant.
  • Visiting the site once a week and taking the updates and progress photographs and submitting them to client/consultant in a proper way.
  • Supervising the programs received from subcontractors and notifying them the delays as and when required.
  • Identifying the late nomination of provisional sum sub-contractors and its effects on our program.
  • Assisting in site team and PM in terms the methodology that was planned for the project
  • Hands on experience in PRIMAVERA (P6): WBS identification, Activities identification, Resource / Cost loading, S-curve preparation.
  • Extracting the activities from BOQ and apply the same in our program.
  • Monitor progress throughout the construction process and comparing this with the projected schedule of work.
  • Preparation of action and mitigation plan.
  • Forecasting to the Project Manager with cash flow.
  • Preparing shop drawing submission schedules, Material submission schedules subcontractors’ schedules and long lead items.
  • Chairing weekly planning progress meetings to ensure progress on track and assuring compliance according to planned program.
  • Coordinating with Procurement department to ensure Subcontractors appointment & Materials delivery to all running projects
  • Close coordination with PM and Project team to assuring accurate progress monitoring system.
