? Payments will not be accepted after the due date under any circumstances.

? Study material or eligibility letter will be sent only on receipt of payment.

? Request for change of exam centre will be accepted upto April 30, 2014.

? If any change in mailing address to be notified as per the format provided in the prospectus.

? Payment will not be accepted, If any discrepancy found in DD i.e., alteration in words/figures/

without signature of the Bankers or in case of short fees.

? Student should use the format given below for making payment and send the same duly filled and signed along with DD.

? Those who are paying for Module-5 must mention their choice of Elective Subject.

?Please send the assignments (only students registered on or after 2011) before the due date & with late fees upto 15 days extension on the payment of Rs.200/- per paper (also can be downloaded from the website www.iimm.org -àeducationàstudent’s zone) failing which no eligibility will be sent for the written examination also exam fees paid cannot be refunded /carried forward.

?Complaints regarding the non-receipt of the study material should be registered with NHQ within 30 days from

the date of payment.
