Model Wordings Library (MWL) – Getting Started
The Model Wordings Library is a web-based application offering secure access to market wordings via the internet. Once you have an activated account, the MWL can be accessed by the following URL:
https://mwl.xchanging.com
When logging in for the first time, you will be required to change the password you have been provided with on entry to the system. The following steps details how to do this.
Step 1 – Accessing the Model Wordings Library
Access the above URL and you are directed to the following login page.
Step 2 – Log in for the first time
Enter the username and generic password provided by MWL Administration.
Step 3 – Change password
At the next screen, enter the generic password provided by MWL Administration
Then enter a new password, confirm this and click on the “Save” button.
Step 4 – Log in using your new password
Once you have changed your password, you will be redirected to the login page in order to log in to the Model Wordings Library with your new password.
Enter your new password and click on the “Login” button.
After clicking “Login” the following screen will be displayed:
You will then see the following security prompt asking you if you would like to download the signed applet distributed by Interwoven, Inc.
In order to use all of the features offered by the MWL you will need to click the “Yes” button in order to run the applet. You will need to confirm use of the applet with your IT support “in house”.
If, however, you wish to run the applet, but do not want to be asked again whether you want to download the applet the next time you access the MWL, click the “Always” button to download the security certificate relating to the applet.
Should you not wish to download the applet, click the “No” button. You will still be able to use the MWL; however the feature enabling you to download sets of wordings direct to a specified location on your local computer will not be available.
You will then be directed to the MWL home page.
Step 5 – Accessing the MWL home page
You have now logged in to the MWL and are ready to access wordings.
