MODEL JHSC MEETING TEMPLATE

PRIMARY SOURCE

Before you use this tool, you may want to read the further analysis presented here.

BENEFITS

JHSCs are required to hold regular meetings to review the company’s OHS program, identify and discuss safety concerns and make recommendations to the employer on how to address those concerns. But if those meetings are disorganized and chaotic, the JHSC won’t accomplish anything—and workplace safety may suffer as a result. A JHSC Meeting Template can help your committee run its meetings more effectively.

HOW TO USE THE TOOL

To help your company’s JHSC have efficient and effective meetings, customize this model JHSC Meeting Template and give it your JHSC. The committee can use the form to organize and structure its meetings.
