What is Mobile Banking?

Mobile banking gives you access to your accounts from your mobile device to view balances, check history, transfer funds, make loan payments and manage bill payments.

Is Mobile Banking Secure?

Yes. The Mobile Banking Services uses the same best practices that Online Banking with your PC does. At no time is account data stored on your phone. In the event that your phone is lost or stolen, the service can be disabled by contacting Premier Credit Union.

I am not enrolled in Online Banking. Can I still use Mobile Banking?

You must be enrolled in Online Banking and have successfully signed in for the first time from a PC before attempting to use Mobile Banking.

What devices are compatible with Premier Credit Union’s Mobile App?

Any Apple® or Android™ phone or tablet is compatible.

Where do I find Premier Credit Union’s Mobile App?

Our App is FREE to download in the iTunes App Store (Apple®) and Google Play (Android™).

I don’t have an Apple® or Android™ device, can I still use Mobile Banking?

Yes. While our Mobile App is available for Apple® and Android™ devices, all other devices can access our Mobile Banking site at

Is there a fee for Mobile Banking?

No. Premier Credit Union does not charge for Mobile Banking services. However, your mobile carrier may charge for data usage.

Are my credentials the same for my phone as they are for my PC?

Yes. You will use the same credentials for Online Banking with a PC and Mobile Banking with your phone or tablet. If you are a new user, you will need to log in for the first time from a PC.

What do I do if I have forgotten my credentials for Online Banking?

There are self help options now available via online banking. If you continue to have trouble you may contact us at 1-866-273-9938 for assistance.

Can I transfer money using Mobile Banking?

Yes. You can transfer funds between your accounts using Mobile Banking.

Can I make a deposit using Mobile Banking?

Not at this time.

I am enrolled in Bill Pay. Can I pay bills from Mobile Banking?

Yes. Easily pay bills using your mobile device.
