Please complete and return with $20 per child (exact cash or check to Westgate PSO) by Friday March 3, 2017. Registration is on a first come first served basis. If you are registering more than one sibling, the cost will be $15 per child. Please note this is conference week so rehearsal times vary throughout the week.

The general breakdown of the week is the following:

Auditions will be Monday March 13th(1st through 6th grade students only) right after school from 3:20 to 5:20pm. Every student that is registered must participate and will be given a part at that time. Parents should plan to pick their children up that day at 5:20. Some students may be staying for rehearsal following auditions, but parents won't know until the 5:20pm pickup time if their child is one who is staying. Once a part is assigned, a script and rehearsal schedule will be given at the same time. For those students (generally older students) with bigger parts, rehearsals will begin immediately following the auditions and go until 7:40pm.Not all actors will be required to be at all rehearsals, it is dependent on the part your child receives. A rehearsal schedule will be sent home with your child on Monday.Rehearsals on Tuesday will be Session One from 3:20pm until 5:20pm and Session Two from 5:40pm until 7:40pm.Rehearsals on Wednesday through Friday will be Session One from 11:50am until 1:50pm and Session Two from 2:00pm until 4:00pm. For those students staying for both rehearsals, please send them with food that they can eat between rehearsals. We have a built in 20 minute dinner break for them to eat on Monday and Tuesday and a 10 minute snack break Wednesday through Friday. We will be having two performances on Saturday March 18, one at 3:00pm and one at 5:30pm. Each performance is approximately one hour.Performers will arrive approximately four hours prior to the first show to get into costume, makeup and go through a full dress rehearsal. Tickets will be presold during the week for $7 per adult and $5 per child. Tickets at the door will be available for $10.

Please keep in mind that this is a COMMITMENT to attend all scheduled rehearsals and both shows on Saturday. Please do NOT register your child if he/she will be unable to fulfill this commitment. Thank you!

Parent/Guardian Agreement – I give permission for ______to attend this PSO sponsored after school activity and will provide his/her own snack/meal if needed. I understand that there will not be any Westgate staff members on site if my child has any life threatening allergies or medical needs. It is my responsibility to alert the PSO Volunteer about these health limitations if needed. I promise to pick up my child within 5 minutes of the end of rehearsal in the school gym. If I am later than this grace period more than once, I understand that my Westgate student will not be able to continue to participate in rehearsals. I understand that if my child does not follow Westgate School Rules during rehearsal, he/she could be asked to give up his/her spot.
