Call to Order – Meeting was called to order at 6:36 by Chair, Scott Silverstein
Pledge of Allegiance – Pledge of Allegiance was conducted
Roll Call – A quorum was reached with 20 Board members present

Chair, Scott Silverstein made a motion that the WHWCNC Board approve the EmpowerLA resolution concerning the non-reconciled P-CARD accounts dating back from 2007. See the attached letter and resolution as distributed by EmpowerLA. Peter Fletcher seconded

Discussion and possible action concerning DIR 2013-406
20900 Ventura Boulevard, Woodland Hills
A recommendations from PLUM to adopt the committee report with included motion in support of Specific Plan Project Permit Compliance for construction of a 4,375 sq.ft. Chase Bank Building on 0.75 acres. This action requires the demolition of the existing structures which include a fueling station, convenience mart, restaurant, dry cleaner and donut shop.
Gordon Murley recused himself and left the room. Discussion followed.

Discussion and possible action concerning DIR 2013-546-CUB
22737 Ventura Boulevard, Woodland Hills
PLUM Chair August Steurer made a motion to support Conditional Use permit for proposed on-site sale of full one ofalcohol in conjunction with a 3,280 sq.ft. restaurant with 95 seats operating between 11:30 AM and 2:00 AM daily, serving food and alcoholic beverages between 11:30 AM and 1:00 AM. Applicant is moving Giovanni's restaurant to new location with live music. Pat Patton seconded

Announcements:
The April 10, 2013 Board Meeting is cancelled. In lieu of this cancelled meeting, a Board retreat will be held on Saturday April 13, 2013 BJ’s Restaurant. The retreat will begin at 10:00am. The public is welcome.
