Sub-Team Allocations / Allocation of project Sub-Teams as agreed upon mutually by attendees is as follows:
- Earthworks (EW) – MC & BSa
- Road Design (RD) –BSh & MW
- Drainage Design (DD) – NC & JT
- Wastewater Treatment (WT) – MK & NV
Email / Inter-team email to be cc’d to all even if not directly relevant to ensure entire team is adequately informed at all times. Email addresses to be found in “Infrastructure Project Team” spreadsheet built by BSa. / Note
Electronic File Management / BSa has offered to use a 50mb web storage facility to file storage throughout the project. This ensures that only one copy of each file is live at any one time. Instructions on setup to be documented and distributed via email. / BSa

Preliminary KPI development / Communal discussion about preliminary KPI development to be included within Master Plan Proposal. Consortium to further develop and expand KPI listing by accessing Master Plan Proposal document found on the web server / All
