Minutes of VMC meeting held on 03.08.2013
The first VMC meeting of the session 2013-14 was started by the Principal with the introduction of all the members with the permission of Chairman, VMC, DIG Sandeep Yadav.

The Principal of the Vidyalaya Mrs. Lakshmi Balakrishnan then put the X and XII results of the session 2012-13 before the members and explained the result analysis in detail.
The performance of the students and improvement in academics was praised by the Chairman, Chairman nominee and by all the members.
Then the annual budget for the current session 2013-14 was discussed and Chairman sir also asked about the funds utilized in different heads and condemnation of unserviceable articles approved.
Chairman sir was keen to know about the status of repair and maintenance of Vidyalaya building, Principal mam told the members that we have to send a fresh estimate obtained from a govt. agency like MES or CPWD for which we have already sent a letter to CPWD and the process is going on.
During the discussion Dr. Manisha Garg asked about the implementation of medical facilities and the medical checkup of the students which is going on and she assured that all possible helps will be provided from their end in this regard.
The parent members and the Chairman VMC told the meeting that there is a lot of improvement in the performance of the students in academics sports and discipline as well.
At the end the meeting was concluded with the promise by the Principal that no stone will be left unturned this year, and she thanked all the members present there for their valuable suggestions.
