PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON

MONDAY 6th NOVEMBER 2017 AT 6.30PM AT THE VILLAGE HALL

Item 05/01 Neighbourhood Plan

Cllr Rowlands is developing the narrative of the Plan and hopes to have the draft comments available for the Parish Council meeting

Item 06/01 Gowy Liaison group

The minutes of the meeting held on the 5th October were noted

Item 07/01 Travellers site – Plemstall Lane

No updates have been received by the Parish Council from CWaC regarding the injunctions being sought.

Cllr Rowlands and others noted that the site had become very active again.

It was agreed that the Clerk should contact ChALC to ask if they could advise which other Parish Councils were having problems with the lack of action by CWaC

A letter will be forwarded to Alvanley PC to ask if they will mutually support actions being taken by the Parish Council to achieve a common cause.

A letter will be sent to our local MP to ask if he will contact CWaC to try and obtain information and action from CWaC

There were no objections to this application but councillors wished it to be noted that they had had difficulty viewing the application online and were not happy with the current system

Councillors were concerned about the foul and surface water drainage that would be associated with this application and also questioned whether there would be sufficient off road parking for the size of the development

9 PLANNING ENFORCEMENT – Lower Farm, Picton

CWaC Planning Enforcement have advised the PC that the changes to the main building are allowed under permitted development

The alteration to the barn will require a full Planning Application
