TO CONSIDER APPROVAL OF FINAL STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT 2014/2015
AND PROPOSED STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT FOR 2015 / 2016
Resolution: The final Statement of Account for 2014 / 2015 was approved and the proposed Statement of Account 2015 / 2016 was approved.
Agreement: To consider Scooper Dooper for emptying dogbins and clearing the field.
TO CONSIDER APPROVAL OF THE FOLLOWING INVOICES:
1: Norse Eastern Ltd: maintenance playing field 2 X £103.42 X £20.68 = £248.20
2: SR Print: Newsletter March £142.00
3 Norfolk Ass. Local Councils: renewal membership £149.89
Resolution: all three were accepted for payment.
TO CONSIDER INSURANCE QUOTES AND RESOLVE WHICH ONE TO
ACCEPT:
Zurich: £580.20 AON: £478.79 (same amount as 2014/2015).
Resolution: It was agreed to remain with AON.
TO CONSIDER WHETHER TO APPROVE END OF YEAR ACCOUNTS 14/15 AND CONSIDER ANSWERS TO ANNUAL GOVERNANCE STATEMENT:
Resolution:The End of Year accounts 2014/2015 were accepted and duly initialed and signed by Chairman Gilding. The questions of the Annual
Governance Statement were answered with positively.

017B / PROGRESS REPORTS AND RESOLVE ANY ISSUES RAISED AS A RESULT OF:
REPORT FROM TUNSTEAD VILLAGE HALL AND RECREATION GROUND COMMITTEE:
A variety of fundraising events up to Christmas are being organised which include
Quiz Nights at the Olive Branch.
A letter has been sent to Vitromite to find out whether they are able and willing to
provide a building of sorts. No response had been received at the time of the
meeting. Resolution: Tunstead Parish Council to send a latter of support.
PROGRESS REPORTS AND RESOLVE ANY ISSUES RAISED AS A RESULT OF:
REPORT FROM TUNSTEAD VILLAGE HALL AND RECREATION GROUND COMMITTEE:
Cllr. Oakes reported that a company, Cabin Hire, have a 9m X7.5m for sale for £25,000.00 inc. delivery and installation and can be viewed at any time.
COMMUNITY RIGHT TO BUILD:
Mr. Warr, the retired architect who offered to help with the “Community Right to
Build” project has had to pull out. A Thank You card will be sent.
DELIVERING LOCAL HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH PARISH/TOWN COUNCILS: FOOTPATH:
The quote from Highways to create a path from Coltishall Lane to Laurel Farms Barns was £11,000.00 while a local contractor has now quoted £9,000.00.
To be deferred to the July meeting. / Clerk

Simon Shaw of Scottow Farms is now the District Councillor for the Scottow Ward, which includes Tunstead and Sco. Ruston.

This was the last meeting for Johanna Gardner as Parish Clerk. She was thanked for her help and contribution and was given a John Lewis voucher.

She thanked the Councillors for the voucher but more importantly for their continued support and wished them and Mrs. Williams, her successor, all the best for the future.
