Snapper – Junior faculty could be penalized since some return can be small
Cassel – What will be the measure of success?
Snapper – Effective only if some appropriate percentage is returned
Mostovoy – MCFC asked similar questions
Hites stated 64% normal at other universities
Myerson – Hites quoted cost savings $20,000 to print, scan, and obtain results
LoCicero – Is there any substantiating data that online (electronic) surveys provide better (successful) rate of return?
Answer – Hites – in the CS experiment, online return slightly less than paper
