3) Reflections on and evaluation of the EESW2013 workshop

He will be conducting a Gap Analysis to check the range of topics covered, for example he wondered whether Business Registers should have more exposure; and also to look at the spread of participants in terms of their geographical location and expertise/interests. Boris asked Wim for a final report on the feedback so that Boris can include it in the next Newsletter to ENBES membership. Wim agreed to send this.

4) Reflections and first thoughts on actions regarding the stations' summaries

Boris circulated the station summaries with the agenda. They were acknowledged as very interesting and will be good on the ENBES website.

5) Communication towards the participants and/or to general ENBES list.

There is now enough material and enough need to send out a new Newsletter to the ENBES list. The newsletter will inform about the workshop (item (3) above), material available on enbes.org from it, invite to join further ENBES activities (WGs and other activities, item (2) above), and include other news. Boris will send a first draft to the SC by about 20th October.
