The weekly meeting was called to order by President Sophia Huynh at _____ PM in Student Life and Leadership. The roll was called by Secretary Alison Schlosser.

USFC Representative, Jenny Huerta () reported:
· Alpha Pi Sigma’s Culture Night Thursday March 20 doors open at 6:30pm and it starts at 7pm in Montezuma Hall
· Special thanks to Sophia for participating in our Pi(e) Day fundraiser

The Activities Director () Michelle Jackson reported:
· Spring GLAB Head Tax is DUE ASAP!
o Make checks payable to Associated Students with GLAB in the memo!
· Final cut of music is due March 24th at 11am to SLL
· Clothing Drive starts today and ends March 24th! If all items are collected, the team earns 200 points!

The Public Relations Director () Maya Krupa reported:
· Professional Networking Workshop, Tentatively April 17th, open to community, bringing in renowned guest speakers from business world, allowing time to mingle and talk about speaker’s success story as well, More details to come.
We will be in the process of collecting pictures/videos for an “Go Greek @ SDSU” promo video so if your chapters have recent pics/videos from fundraisers, walks, etc. email them to me at
The Scholarship Director () Brittany Grover-Sidler reported:
Order of Omega
· Initiated 19 new members last week. Congrats to everyone who initiated!
Scholarship Essay
· The Scholarship Essay Contest for Spring is now open.
· The app is on the panhellenic website
· Due on May 5
· Winner will be announced next semester
Scholarship Workshops
· Time Management and Study Techniques Workshop offered by SLL and worth points for accreditation

The AS Liaison () Abby Kim reported:
· Associated Students Elections are this week! Vote March 17th-March 20th on Webportal
· Following the Elections, appointed applications for A.S. Councils will be available to turn in, so if you’re still interested in getting involved, but didn’t run for a position, there are still opportunities, so look out for those.
· Nominations for Aztec Achievement Awards are due by March 19th. Go on to the A.S. Website for more information and to nominate.
· I will have office hours on Wednesday from 1pm-3pm, for anyone who is interested.
· GreenFest 2014 is Monday, April 21st, through Thursday, April 24th. Please visit http://as.sdsu.edu/greenfest/ for a list of all the events during this exciting week!
o The Informational Sessions will be held on:
§ Monday, March 17th, from 1:00pm - 2:00pm in Park Boulevard
§ Wednesday, March 19th, from 11:00am - 12:00pm in Pride Suite
o Student Team Application is due Friday, March 28th, by 4pm in the AS Office located on the third floor of the Aztec Student Union (Suite 320) or by email to .
o Once your team has submitted a GreenFest Student Team Application, there will be a mandatory meeting in which at least one student team member is required to attend on Wednesday, April 9th, from 11:00am - 12:00pm in Park Boulevard.

The President () Sophia Huynh reported:
· The annual Aztec Achievement Awards recognizes excellence in the numerous contributions that students, faculty, staff, and community partners make to the Aztec family- all in one special evening! The online Aztec Achievement Awards nominations submission deadline is this Wednesday, March 19th, 2014.
o I challenge YOU to nominate and encourage all your members in Panhellenic Association to submit an online application for any Aztec you know that you believe is qualified for each of the prestigious awards!
