PROGRESS REPORT ON THE WORK OF THE MAYO LOCAL ENTERPRISE OFFICE.

Mr. J. Magee, A/Dir. of Services, gave a Presentation to the Members on the work of the Mayo Local Enterprise Office.

Following discussion, Mr. Magee and the Chief Executive replied to various queries raised by the Members.

The Cathaoirleach thanked Mr. Magee for his excellent Presentation.

Mr. P. Duggan, Head of Finance, outlined details of this Item to the Members.

The Cathaoirleach informed the Members of the following Functions which he had been invited to attend and for which he was seeking the approval of the Council:-

(a)Mayo Association Dublin Annual Dinner Dance 2016 held in Citywest Hotel,

Saggart, Co. Dublin, on 13th February, 2016;

(b)Mayo Association Galway 2016 Annual Dinner Dance held in the GalwayBay

Hotel, Salthill, Galway, on 20th February, 2016.

(c)Mayo Association of Manchester Annual Dinner and Dance held in The Point,

Lancashire CountyCricket Club, Old Trafford, Manchester, on 27th February,

2016.
