Treasurer's report PC 94.05, checking 2251.87, savings 5815.21, CD 6068.98, total $14,230.11. Motion Jim Perry, second Jim Adkins approved as read.

VE test: 4 candidates, all passed. One candidate passed all three exams.
Museum: new heating in auditorium ceiling, grant funding to help with the cost.
SKYWARN: nothing
ARES: bids are in, LEPC clarified some items, JR is working on contact with installation company, John Davis will contact buddies for Wayne County. 911 mobile command post waiting for grant money to finish interior, slowly getting equipped. Purchasing Icom 7000, want all remote heads. Yaesu 8800 for that and 911 radio room possibly as well.
No public service operations
Hamfest: SERA ad not in expected issue. 600 labels for postcards c $180 Benny printing cards. Fred has flyers, please hang them someplace.
Repeater: amplifier needs replacement. John's looking for price and availability, about $900 at least. Don Haddox motion, Chris second, authorize up to $1500 for new amplifier
Old business: filter for Field Day.
