Advanced College Reading Course-
Dolores Segura / Tamara and Carrie will work on the course over the summer.
Filling Cathy Smith’s position-
Dolores Segura / In the spring adjuncts don’t get the courses they need. Options are hold the position
and possibly activate the position depending on the need. Voted to hold for at last year.
Reading I anthology- Carrie Pyhrr / Use 4th edition color for the next year with everyone using chapter 10-11.
For summer use the 4th edition
Will publish individual loose paper shrink-wrapped packets. Instructors will select the
chapters they like and can place the order with the bookstore.
Reading I and a half –Ann Dillon / A specialized reading course for certificate programs and cannot be used for TSI.
Committee should contact the department heads for technical majors. Suggestion to
use the learning community format for technical majors.
Survey for improving articulation
with college-level courses-
Marilyn Burke / Survey from 93-94 has been retyped. One person from each campus to distribute and be
