Minutes of ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of TAHMOOR SOCCER CLUB

PRESIDENT'S REPORT:- Russell welcomed everyone and explained the procedure.

TREASURER'S REPORT:- Russell gave report in Michael's absence.

RETURNING OFFICER, Joy Rope, took the chair.

All positions were declared vacant.

Nominations for

President – RUSSELL KING nominated by David, seconded Wendy. ACCEPTED

Vice President – DAVID SCRIMGEOUR nominated by Russell, seconded Tracy. ACCEPTED

Treasurer – No nominations. We are confident Michael will return. VACANT

Secretary – JENNY MAZURAN nominated by Marnie, seconded Russell. ACCEPTED

Assistant Secretary – RAY SCHLUTER nominated by Jenny, seconded Tracy. ACCEPTED

Social Secretary – MARNIE CHEUNG nominated by Russell, seconded Jenny.

Asked if this could be shared. Definitely. ACCEPTED

- JUDY LOGOZZO nominated by Marnie, seconded Russell. ACCEPTED

Registrar – KEITH GRAY sent a text saying he is happy to do this role again.

Equipment Officer – RAY SCHLUTER nominated by Russell, seconded Tracy. ACCEPTED

Canteen Manager – TRACY KING nominated by Jenny, seconded Russell.

Tracy explained she will be on holidays for 6 weeks. We acknowledge. ACCEPTED

Publicity Officer – Discussion had, this position has been taken over by president doing facebook, assistant secretary doing webpage and secretary to do any newspaper ads. AGREED

Groundsman – PETER TALBOT nominated by Russell, seconded Tracy. ACCEPTED

Macarthur delegates – RUSSELL and RAY volunteered.

Sportsground delegates – LOU, DAVE, JOY, JENNY volunteered.

Joy handed the meeting to the incoming committee.

Russell discussed the need for more help and our idea of forming sub-committees especially with registrations, canteen and treasurer.

Natalie Goodwin spoke to Russell, interested in being our MPIO and will help with registrations. ASSISTANT REGISTRAR

Gail King will help with treasurer. ASSISTANT TREASURER

Two Life member nominations were put forward – David Scrimgeour and Ray Schluter. Voted and carried.
