The minutes of the last meeting were agreed and signed as a true record at the Parish meeting on 10th September.

Colgate Parish objected to this application on the following grounds:
1. It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty
2. The Parish believe this is not a brownfield site and would like confirmation of this
3. Concerns about the access onto a layby by the very busy A264 were raised.
The Councillors wondered why the application is set out on Crawley Borough Council form?
