MINUTES OF141stMEETING OF NORTHERN REGIONAL COMMITTEE HELD FROM22nd to 24th May 2009
The 141st meeting of the Northern Regional Committee (NRC), National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) was held from 22nd to 24th May, 2009 at Conference Hall, NRC, NCTE, Jaipur. The following members were present:

Prof. Bharti Baweja could not attend the meeting.
Dr O.V.S.Sikarwar, Convener RD, NRC, NCTE welcomed the Hon’ble Chairperson and members of Northern Regional Committee.
With the permission of the Chairperson, Dr. O.V.S.Sikarwar (Convener) presented the Agenda before the Committee. Agenda-wise decisions taken were as follows:-

Hence, the committee decides to approve the decision of Regional Director taken after consultation with the Chairperson, NRC in the light of judgment of the Hon’ble Delhi High Court dated 12.5.2009 on WP(C) 300/2009 and recognition is refused.
