JOINT MEMBER PANEL FOR THE DISTRICT OF THREE RIVERS
Special meeting of the Hertfordshire Highways Joint Member Panel for the District of Three Rivers held in the Penn Chamber, Three Rivers House, Rickmansworth on Thursday, 2December 2010 from 7.00pm to 8.15pm.

The Chairman stated that this meeting had been called to enable Members to feed into the process on the use of Section 106 Contributions from developers.

31/10SECTION 106 DEVELOPER (S106) CONTRIBUTIONS
A report was submitted to enable Members to feed into the process on the use of contributions for future years and to have the opportunity to request schemes which could be considered for S106 contributions.
The Committee noted that theircomments on the schemes below would be confirmed at its next meeting in January and then submitted to the Herts County Council Officer Steering Group in March. The JointPanel in April would be informed of the results of the consideration of the Officer Panel with comments.

Additional Highway Works within School Mead.

Support provision of bus routes 318, R8 / R9 and or extend the service
3.5-29 GadeViewGardens, Abbots Langley. District ref. 08/1814/FUL
Support provision of bus routes 318, R8 / R9, for the benefit of the GadeViewGardens’ residents
4.The Breakspeare PH, School Mead, Abbots Langley. District ref. 09/2039/FUL
Support provision of bus services for those residents working and living in the
new developments or close by.
5.Leavesden Studios, South Way, Leavesden, Abbots Langley. Districtref.10/0080/FUL
Support bus stop improvement with an additional scheme to be considered
being a cycle track to HuntonBridge. Provide a service from Leavesden to Kings Langley station. All service extensions subject to the impact that the removal of the 50% fuel rebate may have on the service in general.
