  7. Reading Achievement Plan: based on SSAP data through universal screeners. Compare previous year to current year. Goal is a 2% increase. The school won’t be comparing CRT data with SAGE data because they are two different tests. They are currently comparing DIBELS testing.
  8. Snow removal next to side walk along the fence on 1300 West. It was proposed to the city to pay the current crossing guard a little more to remove it.
  9. Branding Plymouth
  10. Dual immersion school. Some parents have mentioned that they would bring their kids to Plymouth if the school was dual immersion. Mr. Graham will look into this to see what it would entail to start this. A question was brought up about Trust Land funds and if they could be used to pay for a dual immersion teacher. Parents and teachers were interested in visiting Vista elementary to see their dual immersion program and the Leader in Me program there. It was proposed to meet with them at a faculty meeting to talk about how the Leader in Me program works. Many people on the community council would prefer implementing the Leader in Me program over a dual immersion program.
  11. Discussed a catchy phrase/ mission statement of the school as it relates to branding the school. The question was brought up about if this was really what branding the school was or if it was more specific such as a program like Leader in Me or Dual Immersion.
  12. Buddy Bench: Gabe’s son, Isaac, needs a service project for an application for a scholarship. He is planning on gathering the materials and building the bench for this service project. They will contact Home Depot or Lowes to get the materials donated. They will build it out of composite materials.
