NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Inter-Club Council will meet, commencing at 9:00 a.m. on Monday November 05, 2012 in SGA office Room 1016-B-MVC, and SGA office Room 1114 -SJC. The starting time listed for the meeting is approximate. Public testimony will be invited in conjunction with discussion on each item.

This time is reserved for members of the public to address the Inter-Club Council on issues not already appearing on the agenda. A limit of 5 minutes per speaker and 20 minutes per topic shall be enforced.

i.  Resume workshop with Suzanne Uhl (DTA at Meeting)

ii.  Mock Interview Session with Rotary in mid-December

B.  Mu Alpha Theta Events and Expenditures:

i.  Pie Sale for days of the BBQ’s

C.  SWANS Club Events and Expenditures:

i.  Christmas Toy Drive collections start November 1st

D.  Global Brigades of Movement Events and Expenditures:

i.  Fundraiser at Pat 'n Oscars on Nov. 17th

ii. Selling first aid kits as a fundraiser at both BBQ’s November 13th and 15th along side the Environmental Conservation Conference on Nov 15th.

E.  S.T.E.M. San Jacinto Events and Expenditures:

i.  San Jacinto’s Panda Express fundraiser no except dates

ii. Kona Ice Truck at BBQ November 15th from 12-2pm

F.  Puente Club Club Accounts and Transfer of Funds:

i.  Talent show will be held on Friday November 16, 2012 at 2-4:30 pm. in the MSJC theater on the San Jacinto campus.

G.  BSU Events and Expenditures:

i.  Feed the Community Saturday, November 17th at 10:00am Unitl the food is gone.

H. Approval of Club Charter and Club Membership Form:
