Business Arising:
• Wishlist - Jason had a new wish list for us to look at. It was decided that we would purchase the Aluminium pencils to be placed in our Values Area next to the Year 2 Classroom. These will stand at approx 2 metres tall. We will also purchase Storybox online. This will be for all year groups.

• Campdraft - still no update
• House swimming caps - next meeting
• Bunyan wedding decorating - it was decided that we were not interested in doing this. Liz de Steiger to suggest to the preschool committee.
• Bendigo banking - Vicky Schur at the post office is keen to start up school banking. The children could open a bank account with the Bendigo Bank. Vicky would come to HPS and collect the money which would be placed in a heavy box in the office. Jess Barr Smith to follow up with Vicky and send something out to parents.
• Athletes Foot - When you buy a pair of shoes from Athletes foot and mention your school name, they will contribute $5 to your school for every pair. Prue to fill in form and include details in newsletter.
• Book Week - A BBQ will be held for book week (26/8) We will have the same menu as education week. Might need extra helpers for selling books in library.
• Local election - It was decided that we would not have a stall for this.
