That the November 4/17/23, 2005, Special Executive Committee meeting agenda be adopted.

That Executive Committee recommend to City Council:

That the citizen-at-large appointment and re-appointment recommendations as outlined in Attachment 1 of the November 4/17/23, 2005, Special Executive Committee report be approved for terms as shown.
That Attachment 1 of the November 4/17/23, 2005, Special Executive Committee report remain in private until approved by City Council. [Sections 17, 23 and 24 Freedom on Information and Protection of Privacy Act.]
