P. Ohm, Planning and Development Department, made presentations. Copies of documents from Planning and Development Department and Councillor T. Caterina were distributed to Members of Council and copies were filed with the Office of the City Clerk.
J. Kolkman, Edmonton Social Planning Council; D. Kelly; R. Ferguson; J. Martins, Redleaf Enterprises Inc.; G. Dub, Five Oaks Inc.; K. Chin; and B. Orders of the Day were called. Council recessed at 3:32 p.m.
Council reconvened at 3:54 p.m.

Councillors K. Krushell and R. Hayter re-entered the meeting.

· changes to area population of social demographic;
· changes in criminal statistics; and
· housing stock inventory changes per year to date.”
