That the July 7, 2009, City Council meeting agenda be adopted.

Moved D. Iveson – B. Anderson:
- That a Special City Council meeting be held on September 25, 2009, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., for consideration of the 2010 operating budgets and amendments to the 2009 to 2011 capital budgets for the Sanitary, Land Drainage and Waste Management Utilities.
- That Administration prepare the required bylaws to establish the rates for the Sanitary, Land Drainage and Waste Management Utilities for Council’s approval as soon as possible after the approval of the utilities’ operating and capital budgets.
