Exhibit Site:

MSHP 2010 Midyear Clinical Meeting will be held at the Earle Brown Heritage Center located at 6155 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center MN 55430.

Exhibit Schedule:

Exhibitors for the Residency Showcase may set up at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 17th. Exhibit Hall hours are 3:30 –4:30 p.m. Exhibits shall be dismantled immediately following the commencement of display session.

Fees:

The $175 base fee includes:

·  One six foot table

·  One exhibitor packet (Mailed to the contact only)

·  Listing of residency program in attendees packet

·  Lunch for two pre- registered representatives

Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Table assignment is at the discretion of MSHP. Fees are payable in full to MSHP with a completed exhibitor prospectus. MSHP Tax ID is 41-1401022.

NOTE: Participation in the Residency Showcase does not exempt one from payment to the Midyear Clinical Meeting registration fee.

Cancellation policy:

Written or verbal cancellation requests received by September 3rd, 2010 will be honored minus a $50 administrative fee. After September 3rd, no cancellations will be honored.

After a completed residency showcase prospectus is received by MSHP, information will be sent to the designated contact person only. Please read information thoroughly and share this information with the other representatives attending from your company. If you have any questions, please contact MSHP.

Marketing Opportunities:

Exhibitors wishing for additional marketing opportunities at the MYCM meeting should contact MSHP at 952-541-9499. Marketing opportunities include: continental breakfast, lunch and breaks.

Advertising Opportunities:

Advertising is available in the MYCM meeting folder, in the MSHP newsletter, and on the MSHP website www.mnshp.org. Advertising rates are:

The Exhibitor, on signing the contract for exhibit space, expressly releases the Minnesota Society of Health-System Pharmacists and their members and representatives from any and all claims of injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the exhibitor, the exhibitor's employees, or the exhibitor's property from any cause whatsoever.

Qualifications to Exhibit:

MSHP as an affiliate of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), has pledged to support the mission and strategic vision of ASHP. ASHP, along with other national professional pharmacy organizations, has called for accreditation of all pharmacy residency programs to assure a vibrant and qualified pharmacy workforce. Due to MSHP’s affiliate status with ASHP, MSHP will only allow residency programs that are accredited, or are actively seeking ASHP accreditation, to participate in the MSHP Residency Showcase. All programs that carry current ASHP accreditation, preliminary accreditation, candidate status, pre-candidate status, or conditional accreditation will be allowed to participate. Brand new programs that have not yet achieved pre-candidate status will also be allowed to participate provided they assure MSHP they are planning to actively pursue accreditation. Programs that wish to display and are not accredited are encouraged to contact ASHP to learn how to pursue accreditation to assure they can display at the MSHP Residency Showcase.
