Thank you, everyone, for your support of the Minneapolis Lacrosse programs. We are bound and determined to make sure that our kids have access to this amazing sport. In order to do that, we need to raise money!

Please invite your friends and family to attend our wine tasting event. In addition to a fabulous social event, with fantastic food (that you will bring; thank you!), guests have an opportunity to sample, and then order, great wines at fantastic prices. To top it off, guests can buy tickets to the “Wall of Wine” raffle. Two (or three) lucky people will win a collection of a diverse sampling of wines for their own wine cellars.

In order to make the event a success, we do need to ask the following of you. Since we are trying to have few, if any, expenses, please bring a spectacular appetizer or dessert (please see your assignment below).

WHAT TO BRING?

Seniors (that is, family of seniors):a platter of sweets

Everyone else (that is families of everyone else):a platter of appetizers

Also, please bring ONE bottle of wine to contribute to the “Wall of Wine.” Introduce folks to your favorite or spring something new and untried on the crowd.

TICKETS?

Enclosed are TWO sheets of tickets. Please cut them apart and sell them to folks. We know that selling ten tickets is aspirational. Do not fret if you can’t do this. Sell what you can. Please remind your guests to bring their tickets to the event; tickets are required for admission to the house. You may leave tickets for your guests at the entry table; if you do this, be sure to put their name(s) on the tickets you leave. Bring the money you raise through ticket sales that evening.
