The Ministry therefore, invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of items as stated in the tables above to the Ministry.

Bidding will be conducted through National and International Competitive Bidding (NCB) Methods specified in thePPCA and approved by the PPCC.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Procurement Division through (0886305259/0770577910/0886940378/0770167282. Bidders are required to pay a non-refundable sum as stated in the tables above through the Liberia Revenue Authority (LRA) for Bid Document in English and bring receipt to the Procurement Division of MPW to pick-up the Bidding Document as per the issue date stated in the tables above beginning at 9am.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before the submission dates stated in the tables above. Late bid will not be accepted.
