Depending on the class, students typically spend between 2 to 8 hours per week on course work before attending Intensive Training. Due to conflicting class times at Intensive Training, students may only take one course.

All students pay a $50 per course registration fee that is fully refundable upon successful completion of the course.

In addition to the registration fee, tuition is as follows: Tuition is free for OPC pastors, OPC licentiates, and OPC men under care. Tuition for OPC elders is $50 per course. Others will be charged $100 per course.

Scholarships to aid the cost of travel are available for OPC pastors, OPC licentiates, and OPC men under care.

Classes begin February 5, 2018 with online reading and writing assignments.

The Intensive Training session, which is mandatory, will be held on May 15-17 at Harvest Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Wyoming (Grand Rapids), Michigan. All non-commuting students arrive on Monday, May 14. Students leave after class on Thursday, May 17.

Registration is finalized when the completed application, the refundable $50 registration fee, and any tuition fees are received.
