Minicar Initial Inspection, Reinspection, and structure change

1.  Buy new Japanese Compulsory Insurance (JCI)

2.  Make reservation for inspection. Must have Japanese speaking person (one day in advance by telephone at 870-5116) and give last 4 digits of VIN number

3.  Go to LTOA section and pay weight tax (¥4,400) and Recycle Fee (Fee varies)

4.  Day of inspection go to window#5 at minicar center to confirm your reservation

5.  Then pay the inspection fee (¥1400) at window#3.

6.  Go to Inspection lane 1 or 2 at minicar center.

7.  After you passed inspection go to the window #5 receive the GOJ sticker and new Japanese Title.

8.  Come back to the JSVRO to update your paperwork
